John Rossetti

Education and Background
John Rossetti graduated with honors from the University of Southern California School of Business. His area of emphasis was real estate and corporate finance. John knew at an early age that he wanted to work in commercial real estate. He became a licensed California Real Estate Broker immediately after graduating from USC and started his first real estate company in Santa Barbara, California. In 1977, John moved to San Luis Obispo and opened what is now known as Rossetti Company.

John specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and development. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers since 1984 and attends yearly conferences to keep abreast of national retail activity in the Western United States Region. In addition to being an ICSC member, John holds the outstanding ICSC title of Certified Shopping Center Manager, designating him as highly qualified in the field of management.

Professional Experience
John has been involved with many large shopping center projects in San Luis Obispo, including Madonna Plaza, Marigold Center, Laguna Village Shopping Center, University Square, and downtown San Luis Obispo, as well as office projects, warehouse developments, and a variety of commercial real estate transactions throughout the County.

John is married and lives in Pismo Beach, California, with his wife, Kathy. They have two grown children, Paige and Clark. In his spare time he enjoys cycling, playing tennis, traveling, and relaxing at his Bozeman, Montana, getaway.
